Old Business:
Road Conditions – A resident voiced concern in regard to the large pothole at the corner of Fisk Avenue and the East

Rifle vs. Shotgun – The DNR has approved rifle hunting throughout the State. Chairman Barthels and Supervisor Pollack
have discussed this with the Town’s Attorney. His comment was that not many Townships have adopted ordinances of
any kind to prevent this. Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department also stated that this type of ordinance would not be
easy to enforce. A town resident questioned if this would be something Winnebago County as a whole should adopt as
to whether there should be rifle hunting or not in Winnebago County.
Election equipment – The Clerk will talk with Dominion to see if an agreement is already in place.
Pollack moved to adjourn the meeting. 2nd by Schweda. Carried 3-0.
Respectfully Submitted,
Julie Barthels, Clerk
