Town of Black Wolf Stormwater Utility District Minutes from the Januay 22 , 202 4, regularly scheduled meeting of the Town of Black Wolf Stormwater Utility District. The meeting was called to order at 6:0 0 p.m., by Chair man Thomas Coppola. Committee memb ers present were Howard Schwartz, Al Stenerson, Jim Chitwood , James Clevenger, as well as Tom Verstegen, Town Zoning Administrator and Frank Frassetto, Town Chairman. The first item of business was the approval of the minutes of the October 16, 2023 meeting. Motion by J. Chitwood approve the minutes of the October 16, 2023 regular meeting; seconded by J. Clevenger, Carried The discussion about update of the MS4 Permit is under review. Criteria of MS4 is under review by DNR Auditor Linskens. Town Board Chairman Frassetto advised the Erosion Ordinance is under review by attorney and will be reviewed at next Town Board meeting. The update on Stonewood Court confirmed parcel owner will take ownership of swale by clearing debris for optimal water flow. Committee will monitor and alert Town Board if compliance is breached.
