Town of Black Wolf Stormwater Utility District Minutes from the October 16, 2023, regularly scheduled meeting of the Town of Black Wolf Stormwater Utility District. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m., by Chairman Thomas Coppola. Committee members present were Howard Schwartz, Al Stenerson, Jim Chitwood, James Clevenger, as well as Tom Verstegen, Town Zoning Administrator and Frank Frassetto, Town Chairman. The first item of business was the approval of the minutes of the June 19, 2023, meeting. Motion by H. Schwartz to approve the minutes of the June 19, 2023, regular meeting; seconded by A. Stenerson, Carried The discussion about maintenance for the Stonewood Court swale included contacting the parcel owner to discuss best practices for clearing which will include removal of overgrown debris allowing a clear path for water flow. Motion by J. Chitwood to adjourn the meeting at 6: 25 p.m.; seconded by H. Schwartz. Carried 4-0. Respectfully submitted, Thomas Coppola, Interim Secretary
