Minutes Town of Oshkosh Town of Oshkosh Minutes August 13, 2026 Public Hearing Meeting Page 6028 Public Hearing – August 13, 2026 - 6:30 p.m. – Town Hall 1 2 PRESENT: Chair Jim Erdman, Supervisor Matt Merten, Supervisor Bill Demler, 3 Clerk Jeannette Merten, and an audience of 2. 4 5 Chair Erdman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 6 7 The purpose of the Public Hearing is to make public comments concerning the 8 Zoning Amendment. 9 10 Applicant/Owner: Michellle Loehr 11 Parcel: 018-0053 outlot – Vinland Street 12 Currently A-1 & A-2 (Agri-Business & General Farming Districts) to R-2 (Suburban 13 Residential District – Subdivided) 14 15 Mark Sawicki and Michelle Lohr, representing the zoning amendment, were in 16 attendance. 17 18 A certified survey map was approved April 13, 2026 by the Town of Oshkosh, 19 combining 10 lots into 4, which included the outlot parcel. It was later discovered 20 that there was dual zoning, and the proposed zoning amendment aims to ensure 21 consistency with each newly created parcel. 22 23 No objections were received in writing or at this public hearing. 24 25 Motion made by Demler, seconded by M.
