TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, August 12 , 2026 The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Peggy Kane, Supervisor Bill McKee, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Treasurer Theresa Maves, foreman James Williams and 3 residents. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of July 8, 2026 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 2. The minutes of the Special Town Board Meeting of August 6, 2026 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded P Kane by and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 3. Public Input: none 4. There were 6 building permits 5. There was 0 county violations and local violations to be discussed. 6. GCAC Report: David Wedde was not present. 7. Board discussed road markers for culver on Durrant. Motion by M Pagel seconded by B McKee and carried 3-0-0 to purchase signage and reflectivity with a limit of $350. 8. Board discussed the garage door estimate on the north side of shop. Motion by B McKee seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve to the Central Door Solutions estimate for $9,872.00. 9. Board discussed the sale of trailered air compressor . Motion by B McKee seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to sell the trailer air compressor. 10. Board discussed the 5.5 light fixtures. Motion by P Kane seconded by B McKee and carried 3-0-0 to sell 5.5 light fixtures. 11. The July’s 2026 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $43,915.30 in checking. $353,004.68 in money market and $107,884.18 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved unanimous consent. 12. The check list Bank Account 7/8/26 – 8/12/2026 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 13. The Balance Sheet for July 2026 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 14. The 2026 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 15.
