Special Town Board meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING Thursday August 6, 2026 The Lanark Special Town Board met at the Town Hall on Thursday August 6, 2026 immediately following the Public Hearing. Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Bill McKee, Supervisor Peggy Kane, Clerk Kim Beaudoin and M Patoka. The meeting was called to order at 7:20p.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. 1. The board discussed the proposed amendment to Town of Lanark’s Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map and rezoning of .43 acres of parcel 02222107-10.02 from Natural Areas Protected to L3 Agriculture/Mixed Use. Motion by M Pagel seconded by B McKee to approve the amendment as written and carried a 3-0-0 vote. 2. Thanks to the staff at Planning and Zoning for the help in this matter. 3.
