Property Committee — Minutes

Village of Kohler Property Committee Meeting September 14, 2026 Chairperson Michael Wandschneider called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll call was taken: Michael Wandschneider, Brett Edgerle and Houston Hoskins were present. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow, Gary Lindow, Valerie Wandschneider, John Willadsen and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment – none. Approval of Meeting Minutes from July 6 and August 10, 2026 – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Michael Wandschneider to approve the meeting minutes from July 6 and August 10, 2026. Motion carried. Business 1. Review and Recommend Approval of: a. Deer Abatement Program Agreement – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Michael Wandschneider to recommend the Village Board approve the Deer Abatement Program Agreement as presented with awareness notice published in the Kohler Villager and the correction noted on page two. Motion carried. b. Kohler Co. Woodlake Aeration Proposal – Chris Olsen from Kohler Co. was present to answer questions about the proposal. Motion by Michael Wandschneider, second by Brett Edgerle to recommend the Village Board approve the Kohler Co. Woodlake Aeration Proposal. Motion carried. c. Safer Routes to School Intersection of School Street and Valley Road – Mike Kitzerow will discuss this with Police Chief Splivalo. No formal action taken. d. 2027 Fire Department Budget and Capital Outlay – Gary Lindow presented the 2027 Fire Department Budget and Capital Outlay. e. 2027 Recreation Department Budget and Capital Outlay – John Willadsen presented the 2027 Recreation Department Budget and Capital Outlay. f. 2027 Department of Public Works Budget and Capital Outlay - g. 2027 Water Utility Budget - h. 2027 Sewer Utility Budget – Mike Kitzerow presented the 2027 Public Works budget and capital outlay, and Water Utility and Sewer Utility budgets.
