Planning Commission — Minutes

Village of Kohler Planning Commission Meeting September 3, 2026 Chairperson Thomas Schnettler called the meeting to order at 4:34 p.m. Roll call was taken. Present: Tom Schnettler, Thomas Kramer, Paul Bonack and Mike Wandschneider. Absent: Jay Hoekstra, Lee Gumm and Lori Noonan. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment – none. Approval of Meeting Minutes from August 6, 2026 – Motion by Mike Wandschneider, second by TJ Kramer to approve the meeting minutes from August 6, 2026. Motion carried. Business 1. Approve Building Permit Application Submitted by Justin and Lindsey Heser, Lot 43, The Clearings, for a new Home – Motion by Tom Schnettler, second by Mike Wandschneider to approve a building permit for Justin and Lindsey Heser, Lot 43, The Clearings, for a new home.
