Library Board — Minutes

KOHLER PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY , September 2, 2026 Present: Erin Coppersmith, Librarian Megan Drevline, President John Multer, Secretary Kya Diehl Eileen Hilke, Vice President Michael Juech, Superintendent of Schools Absent: Nicole Witwer Laurie Lindow The meeting was called to order at 3:30 pm by Megan. Public Comment: None Minutes: The minutes of the August meeting were approved. Invoices: Invoices will be approved next month. Information was not available. Library/School: Erin asked how she can more easily ask for maintenance help. Mike said to use the Mojo software. Election of board officers. It was moved and approved to retain the same officers for 2027. New Business Erin presented attendance data for summer programs. A large increase. The KPAL donated $2000 to be used for new summer programs. Erin will investigate if this could be combined with unused funds from the anniversary celebration. Budget for 027 Budget items presented by Erin were discussed. Erin will ask Laurie to review for any mistakes. The board moved into closed session to discuss salaries. The board reconvened in open session. The meeting was adjourned at 4:25. The next meeting will be on October 7 at 3:30. Respectfully Submitted, John Multer
