Property Committee — Minutes

Village of Kohler Property Committee Meeting May 18, 2026 Chairperson Michael Wandschneider called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Michael Wandschneider, Brett Edgerle and Houston Hoskins were present. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Valerie Wandschneider. Public Comment – none. Approval of Meeting Minutes from March 9, 2026 – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Michael Wandschneider to approve the meeting minutes from March 9, 2026. Motion carried. Business 1. Review and recommend filing a Simplified Rate Case (SRC) with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin for the water utility. Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Michael Wandschneider to recommend the Village Board approve filing a Simplified Rate Case (SRC) with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin for the water utility. Motion carried. 2. Discuss and recommend purchase of rescue tools for Fire Department. Motion by Michael Wandschneider, second by Brett Edgerle to recommend the Village Board approve the purchase of fire tools for the Fire Department for $47,060. Motion carried.
