Village of Kohler Tourism Promotion and Development Committee May 13, 2026 Chairperson Tarra Mikolyzk called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Roll call was taken: Present: Tarra Mikolyzk, Brett Edgerle and Justin Gephart. Absent: Pamela Butler Channel and Dirk Willis. Cindi Gamb was the staff member present. Public comment – none. Approve meeting minutes from February 25, 2026 – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Tarra Mikolyzk to approve the meeting minutes from February 25, 2026 Motion carried. Business 1. Review 2026 revenue and expenses – reviewed the year-to-date revenues and expenses, and projected revenue for the remainder of the year. 2. Request for Funding the Following Projects: a. Destination Kohler request for 2026 Kohler Wisconsin’s annual media plan – Motion by Tarra Mikolyzk, second by Brett Edgerle to recommend the Village Board approve the request from Destination Kohler for an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 subject to availability of funds for the 2026 Kohler Wisconsin’s annual media plan. Motion carried. Adjournment Motion by Tarra Mikolyzk, second by Brett Edgerle to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
