TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, July 8 , 2026 The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Peggy Kane, Supervisor Bill McKee, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Treasurer Theresa Maves, employee Jim Williams, and 2 residents. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of June 10, 2026 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 2. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of June 24, 2026 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded P Kane by and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 3. Public Input: none 4. There were 2 building permits, and 1 resolution. 5. There was 0 county violations and local violations to be discussed. 6. GCAC Report: David Wedde was not present. 7. Board discussed the resolution of Patoka property. No action taken. 8. Board discussed the assessor contract. Motion by B McKee seconded by M Pagel and carried 3-0-0 to approve to the rate of $1100 a month. 9. Board discussed the hosting of Town Association meeting. No action taken. 10. Board discussed the concrete floor in the shop. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve the contract for $17,349 to concrete the floor in the unheated portion of the garage. 11. Board discussed the signs for the tractor. No action taken. 12. The June’s 2026 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $15,965.82 in checking. $471,606.47 in money market and $107,225.12 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved unanimous consent. 13. The check list Bank Account 6/11/26 – 7/7/2026 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 14. The Balance Sheet for June 2026 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 15. The 2026 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 16.
