The Finance Committee recommends the Village Board take action on the following: a. February 2026 Revenue and Expense reports, bank reconciliation and journal entries b. Request to add new premises to Kohler Co. Class A and Class B beer and liquor licenses c. Application for cigarette, tobacco and electronic vaping device retail license for Kohler Co. d. Ordinance No. 2026-3, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 3.21 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Kohler, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Updating the Fee Schedule e. Ordinance No. 2026-4, An Ordinance Amending Sections 16.51.040 and 18.04.070 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Kohler, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Sewer Utility User Fees and Buildings and Construction Permits and Fees f. Ordinance No. 2026-5, An Ordinance Creating Section 3.12.030 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Kohler, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Regarding Refund of Overpayments g. Resolution No. 2026-3, A Resolution Amending the 2026 Capital Outlay, Water Utility and Sewer Utility Budgets 2. The Tourism Promotion and Development Committee recommends the Village Board take action on the following: a. Kohler Athletic Bomber Boosters 2026 Kohler Classic 5K/1 mile run/walk b. The Kohler Villager page for Destination Kohler for 2026 c. 2026 Granicus Subscription for monitoring vacation rentals d. Shops at Woodlake Kohler 2025 Holiday tree e. The Village Board may convene into Closed Session Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the Purposes of Deliberating or Negotiating the Purchasing of Public Properties, the Investing of Public Funds, or Conducting Other Specified Public Business, Whenever Competitive or Bargaining Reasons Requires a Closed Session – Negotiation of Property Transfer 4.
