TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, June 10, 2026 The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, June 10 at 7:00 p.m., Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Peggy Kane, Supervisor Bill McKee, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Treasurer Theresa Maves, employee Jim Williams, and **residents. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of May 27, 2026 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as corrected. 2. Public Input: none 3. There were 1 building permits, 2 electrical permits, no zoning permits, 1 resolution and no surveys to be reviewed. 4. There was 1 county violations and local violations to be discussed. 5. GCAC Report: David Wedde was not present. 6. Board discussed request by Michael Patoka of 5996 Spring Haven Drive Amherst, WI to rezone parcel # 022-22-1007-10.02 Lot 1 CSM # 2527-9-85 Bng Prt SWNW & NWSW S7 T22 R10-10.2 & 7.2, 4.08 acres; 600499839487 to .43 acres of it to A2, which is currently zoned RL/Cons. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane to approve plan commission’s recommendation pending B McKee’s meeting with planning and zoning, carried a 3-0-0 7. Board discussed request by Jesse Schmick and Acacia Rank of 7751 Circle Drive, Waupaca, WI to combine 3 parcels into 1 parcel number: 022-24-082 LOT 82 & 1/186 INT IN OUTLOTS 1-27 EVERGREEN HILLS E/7A;678/1111PC;562368-AFF; 584313-AFF;589308-AFF; 649000;656406-AFF 809953-AMD RC 874473 914325 922148 at 10976 Red Pine Way .5 acres, 022-24-083 LOT 83 & 1/186 INT IN OUTLOTS 1-27 EVERGREEN HILLS E/7A;678/1111PC;562368-AFF; 584313-AFF;589308-AFF; 649001;656406-AFF 809953-AMD RC 874473 914325 922148 .48 acres, 022-24-084 LOT 84 & 1/186 INT IN OUTLOTS 1-27 EVERGREEN HILLS 678/1111PC 379/894;678/1111PC; 562368-AFF;584313-AFF; 589308- AFF;644926;656406AFF 644926;809953-AMD RC 874473 914325 922148 .48 acres; which all are currently zoned Residential. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane to approve the land combination of the 3 lots carried 3-0-0. 8. Board discussed work on Hill Top Drive. Motion by M Pagel seconded by B McKee to approve the proposal to repair the road from Faulks Bros and carried 3-0-0. 9. Board discussed liquor license renewal. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to renew the Hideout II liquor license 10. Board discussed renewal of operator’s license Carrie Martin, Isiah Schultz, Brian Volk, and Michelle Grzesiakowski. Motion by M Pagel seconded by B McKee and carried 3-0-0 to approve the operator’s licenses. 11. The May’s 2026 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $3,043.10 in checking. $547,324.20 in money market and $107,225.12 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved unanimous consent. 12. The check list Bank Account – 5/27/2026 – 6/10/2026 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 13. The Balance Sheet for May 2026 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 14. The 2026 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 15.
