Envision Greater Fond du Lac Update Sadie Howell, President of Envision Greater Fond du Lac provides an update of activities from the past year and recent developments that Envision Greater Fond du Lac is working on to support Waupun. BOARD/COMMITTEE/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS 2. Certified Survey Map of Lot 2 CSM #5337 Waupun, Dodge County WI The Plan Commission made recommendation to the Council at the March 18, 2026 meeting to approve the Certified Survey Map which provides for the roadway easement needed for the northern section of the Shaler Drive extension. Motion Matoushek, second Siebers to approve the Certified Survey Map of Lot 2 CSM #5337 Waupun, Dodge County WI. Motion carried 6-0 on roll call. CONSIDERATION - ACTION 3. Offer to Purchase with Highway View Holdings Highway View Holdings provides an offer to purchase which facilitates a land exchange. The land exchange is needed to facilitate Shaler Drive Road Right of Way/extension, and to support housing development in the area. Motion Siebers, second Kunz to approve the Offer to Purchase with Highway View Holdings. Motion carried 6-0 on roll call. 4. Developer Agreement with Highway View Holdings Council reviews the developer’s agreement with Highway View Holdings which is to support single-family residential development in the city. Motion Westphal, second Kunz to approve the developers agreement with Highway View Holdings. Motion carried 6-0 on roll call. 5. License-Permit Applications, Expenses As the August 11, 2026 Council meeting is the same date as the Partisan Election, the Council agrees to combine the monthly Council meeting with the Committee of the Whole on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Motion Matoushek, second Kunz to approve license and permits and authorize payment of expenses. Motion carried 6-0 on roll call. 6. Light Equipment Operator Job Description Motion Kunz, second Matoushek to approve the Light Equipment Operator job description. Motion carried 6-0.
