Main Street, Waupun WI Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM CALL TO ORDER The License Review Committee is called to order at 12:00pm on Thursday, May 7, 2026. ROLL CALL Members of the Review Committee in attendance include Waupun Utilities Manager Steve Brooks, Waupun City Clerk Angela Hull, and Alternate member Waupun Fire Chief B.J. Demaa. Member Waupun City Administrator Kathy Schlieve is absent and excused. CONSIDERATION-ACTION Stipulation Agreement between the City of Waupun and Kristine Salkowski and Thirstys Tavern LLC d/b/a Prison City Pub Motion Brooks, second Demaa to approve and recommend to the Waupun Common Council to approve the Stipulation Agreement between the City of Waupun and Kristine Salkowski and Thirstys Tavern LLC d/b/a Prison City Pub. Motion carried 3-0. ADJOURNMENT Motion Brooks, second Demaa to adjourn at 12:01pm. Motion carried 3-0.
