TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, March 11, 2026 The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, March 11th at 7:00 p.m. Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Peggy Kane, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Treasurer Theresa Maves, employee Jim Williams, and 2 residents. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of February 11, 2026 were reviewed. Motion by P Kane seconded by M Pagel and carried 2-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 2. Public Input: none 3. There were 1 building permits, no zoning permits, and no surveys to be reviewed. 4. There were no county violations and local violations to be discussed. 5. GCAC Report: David Wedde not present. 6. Web page update. 7. The board discussed the WTA Transportation Resolution. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane and carried 2-0-0 to approve the resolution. 8. The board discussed the drafts of invitations to bid for paving Damrau and Floistad Roads. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane and carried 2-0-0 to approve the drafts for publication. 9. The board discussed the Faulks Brothers estimate on the culvert replacement on Durant Road. Motion by P Kane seconded by M Pagel and carried 2-0-0 to approve the culvert replacement on Durant Road with cost estimate of $24,860. 10. The February’s 2026 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $5,139.72 in checking. $658,562.17 in money market and $106,240.19 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved unanimous consent. 11. The check list Bank Account – 2/12/2026 – 3/11/2026 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 12. The Balance Sheet for February 2026 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 13. The 2026 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 14.
