PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Town of Lanark County of Portage, State of Wisconsin Monday, February 9, 2026, 10:00 a.m. Lanark Town Hall 7174 County Road TT, Amherst, WI Posted: Town Website, Town Hall Published: No The Lanark Town Plan Commission met at the Lanark Town Hall on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Plan Commission Chairperson Bill McKee, , Plan Commission Members, Tom McDougall, Ida Frizzell, Dwight Anderson, Secretary Kim Beaudoin, were present as well as no residents. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chairperson Bill McKee. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on: 1. The commission discussed the minutes of February 5, 2026. Motion by T McDougall seconded by Ida Frizell to approve the minutes carried 4-0-0. 2. Commission discussed request by Jeremiah Parker of 8594 Old Amish Road Amherst, WI to split parcel address 10028 Oakdale Drive, Almond, WI, NW SW EX PRT LYG W OF HY T & EX E ½ S34 T22 R10-10 14.5 acres M/L 614224 906805913145 into 1 parcels, 2 parcels being 5 acres and 1 parcel being 9+ acres which is zoned A3. Motion by T McDougall seconded by I Frizell to approve the split. 3.
