Meeting called to order. Roll call. Confirmation of the open meeting notice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance . 3. Reading and approval of minutes from previous meeting. 4. Laura DeGolier to report on the west branch of the FDL river. 5. Opening and reading of competitive bids for the Town of Fond du Lac Roof Replacement in Spring 2027. Bid will be awarded on or before Friday, October 30th. 6. Discussion and possible action to approve CSM for MSW Land to combine three parcels at corner of Stillwater Drive & Waterway Drive. Parcel #s : T09-15-17-99-ST-010-00 , T09-15-17-99-ST-020-00 and T09-15-17-99-ST-030-00. 7. Discussion and possible action to issue T own of Fond du Lac Fire Department a credit card with Bristol Morgan Bank with a $1000 monthly limit. 8. Discussion, update and survey results on Comprehensive Plan 2040 Resident Survey. 9. Discussion and possible action regarding wages for snowplow drivers for 2026-2027 snow season. 10. Public Works a. Update on DPW. b. DPW Supervisor’s report. c. Update from Permit Issuer/Inspector. 11. Public Comments. (Please note this is the T own Board’s monthly business meeting, not a public hearing. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addition, although Board can receive comments on matters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or act on these matters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 12. Closed Session: The T own Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the T own who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the T own with respect to litigation in which the T own is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
