Sanitary District #3 — Minutes

TOWN OF FOND DU LAC SANITARY DISTRICT #3 SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 MEETING MINUTES 1. Sanitary District 3 meeƟng was called to order at 5:30pm by Chairman Montsma. Roll call was taken. Commissioners Newton, Allender, Janeczko & Washkoviak, Chairman Montsma, Clerk Klapperich and Treasurer Post all in aƩendance. ConfirmaƟon of Open MeeƟngs noƟce was made by Chairman Montsma and Clerk Klapperich. 2. Minutes of previous Sanitary District 3 meeƟng were reviewd and moƟon made by Commissioner Washkoviak and seconded by Commissioner Janeczko to approve the minutes as presented. MoƟon carried 5-0. 3. RouƟne maintenance needs were reviewed. It was noted that recent maintenance acƟvity has been relaƟvely minimal, in part due to low rainfall and compleƟng workload at Simon Park. DPW Supervisor is scheduled to inspect manhole covers as part of upcoming maintenance work. No formal acƟon taken beyond direcƟng that inspecƟons proceed as planned. 4. The board reviewed televising bids for sewer cleaning/inspecƟon services. A map of the system areas to be televised was referenced, including Carrington subdivision, areas along Hwy 23, industrial locaƟons, and the area south toward the Rogersville liŌ staƟon. A moƟon was made by Commissioner Washkoviak to accept the low televising bid from Speedy Clean in order to test their services as a potenƟal new provider. The moƟon was seconded by Chairman Montsma. MoƟon carried 5-0. 5. The next meeƟng date will be Monday, December 14th. Exact Ɵme will be posted on agenda. 6. Financial Reports were presented and reviewed. Bills were presented for payment. MoƟon was made by Commissioner Washkoviak and seconded by Commissioner Janeczko to approve the financial report and authorize payment of the bills as presented. MoƟon carried 5-0. 7. There being no further business for Sanitary District 3, a moƟon to adjourn was made by Commissioner Janeczko and seconded by Commissioner Washkoiak. MoƟon carried 5-0. MeeƟng adjourned.
