AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order. Roll call. Confirmation of the open meeting notice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading and approval of minutes from previous meeting. 4. Discussion and possible action on the recommendation to the board by the planning commission to approve the proposed ordinance change to 13-1-6(c)(b) regarding a special exception to allow accessory building placement in front and side yards. 5. Discussion and possible action to approve Sanitary District 4 Appointments and Terms as follows: President, 6 years (Lee Olig); Secretary, 4 years (Jessica Dehnel); Treasurer, 2 years (Scott Warner) effective January 1. 6. Discussion and possible action to approve cancellation with Payment Service Network for online tax payments and moving to the processing company FDL County uses, which is MSB, and also to cancel Xpress payment to avoid the monthly maintenance fees. 7. Discussion and update on Comprehensive Plan 2040 Resident Survey. 8. Discussion and possible action on the approval of increased driveway width to 38’ at N5968 South Port Boulevard. 9. Operator’s Licenses for The Nut House, Bobby’s Food Mart and JP’s Four Mile House. 10. Discussion and possible action to authorize an advertisement for competitive bids for the replacement of the roof on the Town Hall building at W5990 W Pioneer Road. 11. Update from Permit Issuer/Inspector. 13. Public Comments. (Please note this is the Town Board’s monthly business meeting, not a public hearing. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addition, although the Board can receive comments on matters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or act on these matters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 14. Chairman/Clerk/Supervisor/Fire Chief reports, correspondence and meetings. 15. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals and Planning Commission matters. 16. Financial Report and payment of bills. 17. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
