Confirmafion of open meefing nofice. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading and approval of minutes from previous meefings. 4. Economic development update from Lisa McArthur of Envision Greater Fond du Lac. 5. Discussion and possible acfion on the approval of Driveway Apron Agreement and increased driveway width at W7239 Waterway Drive. 6. Discussion and possible acfion to set date and fime for tree planfing ceremony for Pafti Supple at Simon Park as well as which type of tree to plant. 7. Discussion and possible acfion on request from bicycle club regarding repainfing crosswalk at Luco Road and possible installafion of crosswalk at Prairie Road. 8. Discussion and possible acfion on input received from residents living around the islands containing trees on Carrington Drive and Canterbury Drive. 9. Discussion and possible acfion on hiring Strategic Management & Consulfing to evaluate and develop opfions for the provision of Fire and EMS services in the Town of Fond du Lac. 10. Discussion and possible acfion on considering assigning Supervisors to specific areas for regular reporfing/public engagement/welcome to the neighborhood contact. 11. Discussion and possible acfion to approve Sanitary District No. 2 Appointments and Terms as follows: Bob Giese, Secretary, 2 year appointment, ending June 30, 2028 Tom Beltz, Treasurer 4 year appointment, ending June 30, 2030 Brian Balson, President 6 year appointment, ending June 30, 2032 2 12. Discussion and informafion on the Public Outreach Component of the Town of Fond du Lac Comprehensive Plan 2040. Public Survey will be discussed and available. 13. (Please note this is the Town Board’s monthly business meefing, not a public hearing. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addifion, although the Board can receive comments on mafters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take acfion on these mafters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 16. Chairman/Clerk/Supervisor/Fire Chief/Officer Ed reports, correspondence and meefings. 17. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals and Planning Commission mafters. 18. Financial Report and payment of bills. 19. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or wriften advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to lifigafion in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberafing or negofiafing the purchasing of public properfies, the invesfing of public funds, or conducfing other specified public business, whenever compefifive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
