Interested parties are encouraged to attend. All plan commission decisions are recommendations; the town board makes the final decision based on the recommendation. The Town of Fond du Lac Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, June 16 at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall to discuss and recommend action on the Town’s fee schedule, a possible special exception for accessory buildings in front yards. Roll call. 2. Approval of minutes from the previous meeting. Motion by Mike Guilfoile, second by Herb Kedinger, carries 7-0. 3. Review and recommend action to the Town Board on Ordinance 13-1-6(c)(b) regarding a special exception to allow accessory building placement in front yards. a. From Doug: Have you considered including any requirements for the special exceptions? For example, matching the front of the house, if it is a side of the garage facing the road, a percentage must be doors or windows, must have some number of feet of frontage to qualify, etc. b. Discussed Homework Document. Jess to update proposed special exception for review at next planning commission meeting based on feedback. c. Board of Appeals: protects the town from having the garage be in front of the house d. Should include the front and side yard. e. Cleaned up special exception language with conditions. 4. Review and recommend an updated Fee Schedule to the Town Board. a. Sanitary district fees to be set by the sanitary districts. Clerk to inform sanitary districts. b. Refer to notes in the Fee Schedule draft document. c. Jess to clean up the draft fee schedule. d. Mike moves to recommend the Town Board approve the proposed fee schedule, seconded by Lisa, carries 7-0. 5. Future agenda items. a. 10-Year Comprehensive Plan Update b.
