Sanitary District #3 — Minutes

TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY W5990 W PIONEER RD SANITARY DISTRICT #3 MAY 11, 2026 5:55 PM The Sanitary District #3 Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jeff Montsma. Present were Chairman Montsma, Commissioners Jessica Allender, Jennifer Janeczko and David Washkoviak, Clerk Terri Klapperich, Treasurer Brenda Post and various Town residents. Commissioner Matt Newton was excused from meeting. Confirmation was made of open meeting notice. Motion by Chairman Montsma to approve and execute the Escrow Agreement for Esterbrook Estates expansion which was approved by the Board on April 13, 2026. Seconded by Supervisor Janeczko. Moton carried 3-0. Abstain by Supervisor Washkoviak. Motion by Supervisor Washkoviak to approve Chairman Matt Newton as signatory on the Sanitary District 3 checking account, replacing previous Supervisor Aaron Kuhls. Seconded by Supervisor Allender. Motion carried 4-0. Meeting was adjourned at 5:59pm. Commissioner Jess Allender
