TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026 at the Town of Fond du Lac Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, the Town Board of the Town of Fond du Lac will conduct a public hearing regarding the possible adoption of a new Impact Fee Ordinance. The proposed Ordinance would increase the existing Park Impact Fee to $2,000 in order to fund capital improvements at Simon Riverside Park. The hearing is open to the public, and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. At the Town Board’s regular business meeting, which will immediately follow the above-described public hearing, the Town Board will consider final action on the Impact Fee Ordinance.
