Discussion and possible acfion on Simon Park playground equipment. 7. Discussion of MSA contract for water district cross-connect inspecfions required by WDNR/EPA. 8. Discussion and possible acfion on mulfiple speed limit reducfion requests for Rolling Meadows/CTH VVV and Esterbrook Road south of Rogersville Road. 9. Considerafion of an Inifial Resolufion Regarding Revenue Bond financing for Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church of Fond du Lac project. People wishing to speak on any item not on the agenda should present their comments now under this “Public Comments” agenda item. In addifion, although the Board can receive comments on mafters not included on this agenda, it cannot discuss or take acfion on these mafters. (Each commenter will be limited to a total of 3 minutes.) 20. Chairman/Clerk/Supervisor/Fire Chief reports, correspondence and meefings. 21. Discussion of pending Board of Appeals and Planning Commission mafters. Approve Charles Marfin as Chair. 22. Financial Report and payment of bills. 23. Closed Session: The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or wriften advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to lifigafion in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberafing or negofiafing the purchasing of public properfies, the invesfing of public funds, or conducfing other specified public business, whenever compefifive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
