Sanitary District #3 — Minutes

TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT #3 MEETING MARCH 9, 2026 5:15PM The Sanitary District #3 Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jeff Montsma. Present were Chairman Montsma, Commissioners Aaron Kuhls, Jessica Allender, David Washkoviak, Clerk Patti Supple, Deputy Clerk Terri Klapperich, Treasurer Brenda Post and various Town residents. Commissioner Jennifer Janezco was excused from meeting. Confirmation was made of open meeting notice. Minutes from the December 8, 2025 meeting were approved as presented. Discussion of routine maintenance. Televising of lines was discussed. Budget of $7000 for televising. Focus will be on Rolling Meadows and Highway 23. Village of North Fond du Lac will have a rate increase in hook-up fees. Discussion regarding review of current town charges. Motion was made and seconded to approve the Financial Report and Payment of Bills. Motion carried. Motion was made to authorize Eric Otte to submit the CMAR Report (Compliance and Maintenance Annual Report). Motion carried 4 aye, 0 nay, 1 excused The next meeting is scheduled for June 8, 2026.
