Interested parties are encouraged to attend. All plan commission decisions are recommendations; the town board makes the final decision based on the recommendation. Members Jess Allender, Mike Guilfoile, Scott Roltgen, Herb Kedinger, John Zorn Minutes Last updated 2/24/26 1. Call to order. Roll call. Called to order at 6:01 pm. 2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. Motion by 3. Review and make recommendations to the Town Board on the CSM for Anthony Ahern, N7206 Winnebago Drive, Fond du Lac, WI. a. GIS b. Eric Otte on behalf of the Aherns. He will be combining all three properties into one property. c. Motion by Herb Kedinger to recommend approval of the CSM to the Town Board, second by Scott Roltgen, carries 5-0. 4. Review and make recommendations to the Town Board on the rezoning from C-2 to C-3 to allow for a retail business at N6650 and N6654 Rolling Meadows Drive. The owner of the property is 542, LLC, 2154 W. Superior St., Chicago, IL. a. GIS b. Representative of the property buyer for the old Ashley furniture store. It will be a second-hand store. Verified the property zones in our Sheet. Noted sign height will be limited. c. Motion by Herb Kedinger and second by John Zorn to recommend the town board approve the rezone from C-2 to C-3, carries 5-0. d. To be on March 9th Town Board meeting. 5. Review and make recommendations to the Town Board on the rezoning of the property on the corner of Esterbrook Road and Forest Avenue and a Special Exception to build a Church and School. The owner of the property is Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church, 606 Forest Avenue, Fond du Lac, WI. a. GIS b. April 2024 minutes c. Bought two properties and one was commercial and one was medium-density residential. By rezoning it, we could also do the special exception for the church and school. Excel is doing the site plan. Noted that the county has restrictions three access points might have county issues because they have the option for the side road. d. Motion by Herb Kedinger and second Scott Roltgen by to recommend the Town Board approve the rezone from commercial portion of the lot to medium density residential, carries 5-0. e. Motion by Scott Roltgen and second by Mike Guilfoile to recommend the Town Board approve the Special Exception for the Church and School, carries 5-0. f. To be on March 9th Town Board meeting. 6. Jess announced that she will step down in her role on PC after March meeting. John Zorn will remain Alternate but serve out remainder of 2026 meeting schedule in Jess's open spot. In absence of Jess on the board, Chairman Mike Guilfoile will appoint a recording Secretary each month at the PC meetings. 7. Adjournment at 6:18 pm.
