TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDED January 20, 2026 6:00 PM 1. Call to order. Roll call. 2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. 3. Review and make recommendations to the Town Board on the CSM, site and grading plans and building plans for American Auto, W6811 County Road OOO, Fond du Lac, WI 54937. 4. Review and make recommendations to the Town Board on the CSM, rezone from C -2 Commercial zoning to RM zoning and amendment to the Special Exception for Winnebago Lutheran Academy on Highway 23. 5. Adjourn. TOWN BOARD MEMBERS MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING FOR INFORMATION GATHERING ONLY. On February 9, 2026 a Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road, Fond du Lac, WI, to review the American Auto CSM, site and grading plans and building plans and the Winnebago Lutheran Academy CSM, rezone and amendment to the Special Exception. Immediately following the Public Hearing, the Town Board will take action at the Monthly Meeting. Interested parties are encouraged to attend any or all of these meetings.
