Interested parties are encouraged to attend. All plan commission decisions are recommendations; the town board makes the final decision based on the recommendation. Members Jess Allender, Mike Guilfoile, Scott Roltgen, Herb Kedinger, John Zorn Minutes Last updated 8/19/25 1. Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm. 2. Motion to approve the minutes from 7/15 by Mike Guilfoile, second by Herb Kedinger, carries 5-0. 3. Special Exception for Wausau Equipment, N6425 Stanchfield Drive (GIS) to construct a 50 square foot sign. a. Wausau Equipment bought by the Alamo Group (check spelling) with the same operations. 60 sq ft. sign to be replaced with a 50 sq ft non-lighted sign to reflect name change. b. Motion to recommend the town board approve the change to the 50-foot non-lighted sign by Herb Kedinger, second by John Zorn, carries 5-0. 4. Special Exception for L & S Electric, N5528 Miranda Way (GIS) to construct a 50.5 square foot sign. a. Replacing with a non-lighted 50.5 square sign to reflect a name change. b. Motion to recommend the town board approve the change to the 50.5-foot non-lighted sign by Herb Kedinger, second by John Zorn, carries 5-0. 5. Review a CSM for Anthony and Barbara Beregszazi, N6125 Esterbrook Road (GIS) to parcel off a residential lot. a. Delayed until next meeting. 6. Agenda items for next planning commission meeting. a. Readdress multi-tenant sign ordinance. b. Reconsider the 25-foot maximum size for signs, possibly increase to 52 feet. 7. Adjournment at 6:30 pm. a. Next Meeting is September 30th at 6 pm.
