Town of Fond du Lac Planning Commission Meeting Date Tuesday, July 15th, 2025 Location Town Hall W5990 Pioneer Road Time 6:00 PM Meeting Materials Meeting Materials Link (Google Drive Folder) Note Town board members may be in attendance for information-gathering purposes but will not take any action. Interested parties are encouraged to attend. All plan commission decisions are recommendations; the town board makes the final decision based on the recommendation. Members Jess Allender, Mike Guilfoile, Scott Roltgen, Herb Kedinger, Lisa McArthur Minutes Last updated 7/15/25 1. Motion to approve the minutes from 5/20 by Mike Guilfoile, second by Lisa McArthur, carries 5-0. 2. Shops of Westwind (GIS) Sign Special Exception a. Signarama representatives described that they’re looking to add a 25 sq. ft. cabinet under the existing sign so all of their businesses can have a sign for a total sq ft of 130 sq. ft. per side. b. Motion to recommend approval with the condition that it not existing proposed specifications future by Herb Kedinger, second by Lisa McArthur, carries 5-0. c. To be on Town Agenda on August 11th. 3. Grace and Truth Christian Fellowship (GIS) Special Exception to allow property be used as a Church. a. Herb Kedinger asked about occupancy requirements and how they’d likely need to move to Class B per state requirements. b. Jess Allender asked about whether the space will be rented out and how they’re going to confirm that the renters are also within the approved uses. They said they don’t intend to rent out immediately but are aware. c. Motion to recommend the town board approve the use of the property as a church/assembly by Herb Kedinger, second by Mike Guilfoile, carries 5-0.. d. To be on Town Agenda on August 11th. 4. Motion to adjourn at 6:18 pm.
