TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, January 14, 2026 The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, January 14th at 7:00 p.m. Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Peggy Kane, Supervisor Bill McKee, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Treasurer Theresa Maves, employee Jim Williams, Supervisor Barry Jacowski and 2 residents. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of December 10, 2025 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 2. Public Input: none 3. There were no building permits, no zoning permits, and no surveys to be reviewed. 4. There were no county violations and local violations to be discussed. 5. GCAC Report: David Wedde not present, no report. 6. The board discussed the Town Association District Meeting on February 27, 2026. All 3 board members will be attending meeting. 7. The board discussed power washer. No action taken. 8. The board discussed adding power and water to the cold storage part of shop, will get estimates during spring/summer. No action taken at this time. 9. The December’s 2025 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $12,021.21 in checking. $1,368,555.30 in money market and $75671.84 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved unanimous consent. 10. The check list Bank Account – 12/11/2025 – 1/14/2026 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 11. The Balance Sheet for December 2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 12. The 2025 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 13. The 2026 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 14.
