Regular Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN of BELVIDERE REGULAR MEETING November 11, 2025, 7:00 PM Cochrane VFW Post 10406 Chairman Ron Speltz called the Regular Town meeting to order at 7:05 pm following the 2026 Budget Hearing. All Board members present and three visitors. The meeting notice was noticed in the Buffalo County News and the full agenda posted per WI Statutes 19.84 on Thursday, November6, 2025. MINUTES-A Motion by Supervisor Lee Engfer was made to approve the Minutes as provided to board members in lieu of reading aloud. Supervisor Scott Rolbiecki seconded the motion. Motion carried. TREASURER’S REPORT: Treasurer Barbara Brommer gave the Treasurer’s report and Investment Summary. Balance on hand as of tonight is $247,998.83 in the General Checking Account. Scott made a Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. Lee 2nd the motion. Motion carried. Barb reported that the CAPX CD will be renewed for one year at 4%. BILLS-The Clerk presented the bills for payment. A motion was made by Scott and seconded by Lee to pay the bills as presented. It was noted that there are 2 pending bills to be paid in December. Motion carried. The Board also OKed printing of the Tax letter by Insty Prints. NEW BUISNESS: Scott made a Motion to approve the 2026 Line Item Budget information. Lee seconded the motion. Motion carried. ROADS: Chairman Speltz reported the fall mowing has been completed by Duellman. The Boat Dock was removed in the last week of October. The Clerk noted that the total for the 2025 Road Bids completed was $45,550.00. Rose Valley Dugway project was postponed. The next Regular Board Meeting will be Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
