Motion carried. NEW BUISNESS: A rezoning request (ANR-40) from owners of Danzinger Vineyard was tabled until further review from Buffalo County Zoning due to not be required. Discussion was held on a survey consent request by the Wisconsin Historical Society for County Road OO and Town ROW areas. CTH OO blacktop will be resurfaced and to accommodate the Mississippi Flyway Bike Trail a wider gravel shoulder width is planned. After further discussion Lee made a motion to deny the archaeological permit request. Scott 2nd the Motion. Motion carried. Ron reported that he has also heard from upset residents. ROADS: Chairman Speltz reported that after discussion with the contractor, the Rose Valley Dugway project will be delayed until 2026 due to being too late this year to complete. In late spring 2026 the culvert replacements, bank digging out and road pulverization will happen with the resurfacing to be completed prior to next fall. It was also noted that Belvidere Ridge Road has large cracks in the blacktop even after chip seal coating. Extra brushing work is needed in Rose Valley, Herman Road, and Schlawin Road. The Town has no road projects to apply for ARIP/LRIP-S programs this year. A resident brought to the Board’s attention that a sign is needed for Prairie Moon Road. Ron will get ordered. The Board reviewed the 2026 budget worksheet presented and found no corrections or additions were needed. The proposed Budget notices will be published and posted for the upcoming November 11th hearing. The quarterly WTA meeting will be held on Monday, October 20th at the Buffalo County Courthouse. The Regular November meeting will be held following the conclusion of the 7 pm Budget Hearing and Special Town meeting on November 11th. After no further public comment, at 7:40 pm, Scott made a motion to adjourn the October Meeting with Lee seconding. Motion carried. Respectfully submitted, Deborah M Ruff Deborah M. Ruff, Clerk
