TOWN OF LANARK
PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING
Wednesday, December 10, 2025
The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, November 12th at 7:00 p.m. Chairperson
Mike Pagel, Supervisor Bill McKee, Supervisor Peggy Kane, Treasurer Theresa Maves Clerk Kim Beaudoin,
employee Jim Williams, and 2 residents.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of
Allegiance.
1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of Nov 12, 2025 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee
seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written.
2. The minutes of the Budget/Special/ Board Meeting of Nov 19, 2025 were reviewed. Motion by B
McKee seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written.
3. Public Input: none
4. There were 0 permits, and 0 surveys to be reviewed.
5. The board discussed the purchasing of a plow blade replacement for Sterling. No action taken.
6. County 0 violations none.
7. The board discussed the Election Inspector List for January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. Motion by M
Pagel seconded by B McKee approved a 3-0-0.
8. GCAC Report: John Droske was not present.
a. Board discussed replacement for John Droske. Motion by B McKee seconded by P Kane to
approve David Wedde as our new GCAC representative.
9. The board discussed the web page demo. Board decided to meet to watch web page demo on
Thursday, January 15th, 2026 at 10am.
10. Board discussed the safety manual draft document. No action taken.
11. Board discussed 2025 Budget adjustments. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane to approve
adjustments.
12. Board discussed 2026 Budget adjustments. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane to approve
adjustments.
13. The November’s 2025 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $74,239.89 in checking.
$291,851.06 in money market and $75,426.81 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved
unanimous consent.
14. The check list Bank Account – 11/13/2025 –12/10/2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous
consent.
15. The Balance Sheet for November 2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent.
16. Board discussed the correspondence with the Waupaca and Tomorrow River School District levy
increase. No action was taken.
17. M Pagel made a motion to adjourn seconded by P Kane and carried a 3-0-0, 8:04 p.m.
