Regular Board Meeting — Minutes

2025 CAUCUS - Town of Belvidere January 7, 2025 – 7 PM Cochrane VFW Post 10406 Chairman Ron Speltz called the 2025 Caucus to order. Three residents in attendance and Town Board members. Ron appointed Deborah Ruff and Barbara Brommer as tellers. CAUCUS NOMINATION RESULTS: CHAIRMAN (1) – Lee Engfer nominated Ron Speltz. Ron Kazmierczak 2nd the motion. After no other nominations, Ron Kazmierczak made a Motion to close the nominations. Lee Engfer seconded the Motion – Motion carried. SUPERVISORS (2) Dick Hawes nominated Scott Rolbiecki and Debbie Ruff 2nd the motion. Lee Engfer made a Motion to accept the nomination. Dick Hawes 2nd the Motion – Motion carried Ron Speltz nominated Lee Engfer and Dick Hawes 2nd the motion. Ron Speltz made Motion to accept the nomination. Ron Kazmierczak 2nd the Motion. Motion carried. Lee Engfer nominated Ron Kazmierczak and Barb Brommer 2nd the motion. Ron Speltz made Motion to accept the nomination. Lee Engfer 2nd the Motion. Motion carried. It was noted that with the passing of the November 3, 2020 Referendum, The Town Clerk and Town Treasurer are appointed and not elected. At 7:05 pm Lee Engfer made a Motion to close the 2025 Town of Belvidere CAUCUS. Ron Kazmierczak seconded the Motion. Motion carried.
