Town of Spider Lake – Roads Committee Meeting 10896W Town Hall Road 15 July 2026 Minutes: 1. Call to order at 3:30pm 2. In attendance- Chair Quentin Johnson, Vice Chair Mark Johns, Bill Amery, Mike Wheeler, Bruce Van Fleet, Road Supt. Don Fogal 3. Motion by Johns, seconded by Amery to approve the agenda. 4. Motion by Wheeler, seconded by Van Fleet to approve the minutes from the 6-17-26 meeting. 5. Thunder Rd. Bid accepted for $6337.00 to crack seal Brandt Rd.-all in favor. 6. Gravel Bid for $92,680.00 rejected. Motion by Johnson second by Wheeler 7. Murphy BLVD bid from Monarch for $98,000.00 accepted motion by Wheeler second by Van Fleet 8. Gantry status discussed- Don Fogal to finish 9. Motion to purchase a 22ft.trailer not to exceed $8000.00 for the road dept.by Wheeler, second Van Fleet 10.
