PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES Town of Lanark County of Portage, State of Wisconsin Thursday, November 6, 2025, 10:00 a.m. Lanark Town Hall 7174 County Road TT, Amherst, WI Posted: Town Website, Town Hall Published: No The Lanark Town Plan Commission met at the Lanark Town Hall on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Plan Commission Chairperson Bill McKee, Plan Commission Members, Ida Frizzell, Tom McDougall, M Sannes, G Peterson, Dwight Anderson, Secretary Kim Beaudoin were present as well as 0 residents. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chairperson B. McKee. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on: 1. The commission discussed the minutes of August 7, 2025. Motion I Frizell by seconded by T McDougall to approve the minutes carried 6-0-0. 2. The commission discussed the request by Joseph and Kathleen Balistreri of 1007 Wisteria Lane, Waukesha, WI 53189, to divide land at 6974 Woodland Lane, Amherst, WI, 022-22-1024-12.07 19 acres location S1/2 SESW EXC RD: SUBJ To Esmt over OL1 CSM 20/152 In 623/45-7 S24 T22 R10-12.07 19A M/l 623/455;706/314 903125-HT110 903126-HT110 914705 914706-TOD in Amherst, WI into 2 parcels one being 10.84 acres and other 8.33 acres, currently zoned A2. Motion by D Anderson seconded by T McDougall to approve the split, carried a 6-0-0. 3.
