Chairperson Richard Champeny called the meeting to order with the following members present:
Richard Champeny, Calvin Loewenhagen, Sandra Ebert, Loren Mueller, Randy Brommer via
Zoom, and Kati Hanson via Zoom. Absent: Marcel Kulas.
1. Agenda Item 1: Amendment to the City of Alma Land Usage Ordinance:
In Chapter 154: Subdivision Code
Update required per State of Wisconsin 2025 Assembly Bill 452. 2025 Wisconsin Act
68.
An Act to amend 236.01, 236.11 (1)(a), 236.13 (2)(am) 1. a., 236.13 (2) (am) 3. b., 236.25
(1) and 236.45 (1); to create 236.105 and 236.11 (1) (d) of the statues; relating to:
subdivision plat approvals.
Motion by Mueller seconded by Hanson to incorporate the new land usage language.
All members voting yes.
Motion by Ebert seconded by Loewenhagen to adjourn. All members voting yes.
