TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2025 The Lanark Town board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, October 22 at 10:00 a.m. Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Bill McKee, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Deputy Clerk Cheryl Leatherman, Foreman Jim Williams and 0 residents. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. 1. The Town Board discussed 2026 Budget. 2. Motion made by M Pagel seconded by B Mckee to approve the 2026 Budget. 3. Motion to adjourn by M.
