TIME AGENDA ITEM ACTION 1:05 PM DWD Update on State Assumption of Workforce Development Board Functions Stephanie Elmer and/or other DWD staff will provide an update on the administrative functions assumed by DWD. Discuss records retention – update on current status of records with the dissolution of WWWDB, Inc. Update on financial operations – accounting services. Discuss current financial status of WDA 9. 1:30 PM Review Past Communication from State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development The LEOs will review letters dated September 3, 2025 and May 1, 2026. Discuss compliance, communication and transmittal of required documents. Possible Action Item 2:15 PM Workforce Development Board Recruitment The LEOs will review private sector applications and make appointments to the Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board. LEOs will review remaining categories of board seats to be filled. Action Item 2:40 PM Discussion on Recruitment of a New Fiscal Agent 2:50 PM Local Area Negotiations Pursuant to WIOA Sec. 107(d)(9), the local workforce development board, the chief elected official(s), and the Governor are responsible for negotiating and reaching agreement on local performance accountability measures.
