TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, October 8, 2025 The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, October 8th at 7:00 p.m. Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Bill McKee, Supervisor Peggy Kane, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Treasurer Theresa Maves, employee Jim Williams, and 3 residents. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of September 10, 2025 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 2. Public Input: none 3. There were 0 permits, and 0 survey to be reviewed. 4. County 0 violations none. 5. GCAC Report: John Droske not present. 6. Highway issues none. 7. Board discussed purchasing “ Watch for Children” signs for Lanark Lane. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane to purchase and install “Watch for Children” 30in by 30in signs on Lanark Lane, carried a 3-0-0 to approve the purchase. 8. Board discussed preliminary 2026 Budget. Motion by M Pagel seconded by B McKee to set dates for October 22nd at 10am, carried a 3-0-0. 9. The July’s 2025 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $2,920.60 in checking. $335,342.81 in money market and $74,909.90 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved unanimous consent. 10. The check list Bank Account – 9/10/2025 –10/8/2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 11. The Balance Sheet for September 2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 12. The 2025 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 13.
