PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES Town of Lanark County of Portage, State of Wisconsin Thursday, August 7, 2025, 10:00 a.m. Lanark Town Hall 7174 County Road TT, Amherst, WI Posted: Town Website, Town Hall Published: No The Lanark Town Plan Commission met at the Lanark Town Hall on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Plan Commission Chairperson Bill McKee, Plan Commission Members, Ida Frizzell, Tom McDougall, Dwight Anderson , Secretary Kim Beaudoin were present as well as 1 resident. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chairperson B. McKee. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on: 1. The commission discussed the minutes of June 5, 2025. Motion by seconded by T Mc Dougall to approve the minutes carried I Frizell 4-0-0. 1. The commission discussed the request by Steve and Sandy Boehm of 9916 Oakdale Dr, Almond, to split the western 10 acres off of 022-22-1033-16.05 20.62 acres Lot 1 csm#011997/DOC 912293 being part of SESE S33 T22 R10 -16.05 20.62 acres in Almond, currently zoned RL. Motion by T McDougall seconded by D Anderson to approve the request to split the western 10 acres off of 022-22-1033-16.05 20.692 acres Lot 1 csm#011997/DOC 912293 being part of SESE S33 T22 R10-16.05 20.62 acres carried a 4-0-0. 2. The commission discussed the hazards along the STH 54 corridor. 3.
