MINUTES 2. Community Participation: None. 4. Pledge of Allegiance 6. Treasurer's Report was presented by Molly Pagenkopf. Year to date cash balance $394,655. 7. Clerk's Report presented by Clerk Cleary 8. Committee Reports a. Plan & Review Commission presented by Sarah Delaney. b. Roads presented by Quentin Johnson: c. Health, Safety & Environment presented by Quentin Johnson: No EMS or Fire calls. d. Finance & Insurance presented by Bill Amery: e. Facilities & Maintenance presented by Mark Johns: 9. General Administrative Items Grant will applied for to pave Forest Rd 203 through to Hwy 77 by 11/15/25. Budget hearing on 11/20/25. Facilities - Garage doors were adjusted on new building by Ed Beese of Walters Building. Phone & internet lines to new building were buried by Jake Meyers and reconnected by Charlie & Don (Thank You!). Deb Amery donated Ruth Guyer memorial bench replacement (Thank You!). 20 loads were delivered to our brush drive. Aluminum cans in the amount of $153 were processed. New signs from Vitcenda went up. Town of Spider Lake Board of Supervisors Meeting Town Hall, 10896W Town Hall Road Wednesday, November 12th, 2025 6 p.m. 1. Meeting was called to order by Chair Johnson at 6:05 pm. In attendance were Supervisors Delaney, Johns, and Thearin with Clerk Cleary, and Treasurer Pagenkopf. 3. Motion to approve agenda for October 8th, 2025 made by Mark Johns, seconded by Sarah Delaney. All ayes. Motion carried. a. Motion to approve vouchers in the amount of $29,893.16 and any late coming regular bills made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Dave Thearin. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion to approve Resolution in support of Town of Spider Lake Garden & Grounds grant application after their presentation made by Quenting Johnson, seconded by Dave Thearin. 5. Motion to approve minutes from October 8th Town Board Meeting made by Dave Thearin, seconded by Quentin Johnson. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. Motion to approve minutes from October 29th Town Board Meeting made by Mark Johns, seconded by Quentin Johnson. All ayes. Motion carried. b. Motion to approve American Birkebeiner road closures made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Mark Johns. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion to approve CSM for Bay Ridge 24 LLC, subdividing into 2 parts, 1 with conforming shoreline, 1 outlot which will eventually attach to the parcel to the south made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Quentin Johnson. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion to approve CUP for Minge to build year round dwelling with storage building in A-1 5.25 acre agricultural zoned parcel made by Sarah Delaney, seconded by Quentin Johnson. All ayes.
