Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, July 9, 2025 The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, July 9th at 7:00 p.m. Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor Bill McKee, Supervisor Peggy Kane, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Treasurer Theresa Maves, employee Jim Williams, and 2 residents. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of June 11, 2025 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 2. Public Input: none 3. There were 2 permits, and 0 survey to be reviewed. 4. County 0 violations none. 5. GCAC Report: John Droske was present, reported the DNR nitrates are #1 contaminate, no quorum to have a meeting/report. 6. Highway issues none. 7. Board discussed LED warning lights for portable signs. Motion by M Pagel seconded by P Kane and carried 3-0-0 to approve purchasing 6 LED warning lights for signs. 8. Board discussed purchasing a replacement computer for the shop. Motion by M Pagel seconded by B McKee and carried 3-0-0 to approve purchasing a replacement computer not exceeding $250. 9. Board discussed selecting dates and times to work on the Town’s Emergency Plan. August 11th & 18th at 10 am at Town Hall are the dates the dates were approved by unanimous consent . 10. The June’s 2025 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $5,868.18 in checking. $426,089.06 in money market and $74,092.90 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved unanimous consent. 11. The check list Bank Account – 6/11/2025 –7/9/2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 12. The Balance Sheet for June 2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 13. The 2025 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 14.
