NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF SPIDER LAKE Thursday, October 2, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Spider Lake will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 10896W Town Hall Rd, Hayward Wisconsin, to consider the following: A public hearing to receive public comment on Town of Spider Lake Ordinance #2025-1 shall be held in the Town Hall located at 10896W Town Hall Road, Hayward, Wisconsin 54843. Written comments will be accepted until the opening of the Public Hearing which will be at 5 pm on October 2nd. A copy of the Ordinance, the DNR Advisory Letter and the Condition Report are available on the Town of Spider Lake website. This Ordinance is to protect the safe aquatic recreational conditions on lakes in the Town and ensure the continued excellent water condition of the lakes as well as protection of the natural wildlife on our lakes including loon nesting and the natural fishery. This Ordinance is authorized by Wisconsin Statute # 30.77(3) and will be adopted in the interest of public health, safety and protection of the state’s natural resources.
