Town Board Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF LANARK PROCEEDINGS OF THE MONTHLY TOWN BOARD MEETING Wednesday, March 12, 2025 The Lanark Town Board met at the Town Hall on Wednesday, Marh 12th at 7:00 p.m. Chairperson Mike Pagel, Supervisor E Garms, Supervisor Bill McKee, Clerk Kim Beaudoin, Treasurer Theresa Maves, employee Jim Williams, and 3 residents. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson M. Pagel. All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The minutes of the Town Board Meeting of February 12, 2025 were reviewed. Motion by B McKee seconded by E Garms and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 2. The minutes of the Special Board Meeting of February 28, 2025 were reviewed. Motion by M Pagel seconded by B McKee and carried 3-0-0 to approve the minutes as written. 3. Public Input: none 4. There were 1 building permits, no zoning permits, and no surveys to be reviewed. 5. There were no county violations and local violations to be discussed. 6. GCAC Report: John Droske not present, no report. 7. The board discussed budgeting for the replacement of election equipment. No action taken. 8. The board discussed the appointment of Board of Review alternates. Motion by M Pagel seconded by E Garms and carried 3-0-0 to approve Lonnie Stine as 2025 Board of Review alternate. 9. The board discussed the Pipe Road project. No action taken. 10. The board discussed the purchase of flexible culvert markers and road limit signs. Motion by M Pagel seconded by E Garms and carried 3-0-0 to approve purchasing 6 culvert markers and 6 road limit signs. 11. The board discussed the issuing of weight limit permits. No action taken. 12. The 2024 Budget Overview was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 13. The February’s 2025 treasurer’s report was reviewed. There was $9,988.15 in checking. $583,983.49 in money market and $73,019.42 in the LGIP fund was reviewed and approved unanimous consent. 14. The check list Bank Account – 2/13/2025 – 3/12/2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 15. The Balance Sheet for February 2025 was reviewed and approved by unanimous consent. 16.
