PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Town of Lanark County of Portage, State of Wisconsin Thursday, March 6, 2025, 10:00 a.m. Lanark Town Hall 7174 County Road TT, Amherst, WI Posted: Town Website, Town Hall Published: No The Lanark Town Plan Commission met at the Lanark Town Hall on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Plan Commission Chairperson Bill McKee, Plan Commission Members, Ida Frizzell, Gene Peterson, alternates Marlene Sannes & Darrie Nelson, Secretary Kim Beaudoin were present as well as 1 resident. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chairperson B. McKee. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on: 1. The commission discussed the minutes of February 6, 2025. Motion by I Frizzell seconded by B McKee to approve the minutes carried 3-0-0. 2. The commission discussed the request by Steve and Sandy Boehm of 9916 Oakdale Dr, Almond, to split 10 acres of 022-22-1033-16.04 30 acres location SESE EXC Lot 1 CSM# 8766-35-146 S33 T22 R10-16.04 30A M/L 577/101-LC;614/16; 704/496; 704/497; 671437 MFL-30A-665444; 696872 Almond, currently zoned RL. Motion by I Frizzell seconded by G Pederson to approve the request and carried a 3-0-0. 3.
