R E S O L U T I O N N O.: 60—2023-24 TO THE HONORABLE, THE OUTAGAMIE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: MAJORITY Outagamie County (the County) has taken title to a parcel of land located in the 1 Village of Hortonville, Parcel ID Number 240054600, through the In-Rem 2 Foreclosure process. The delinquent taxes, interest, and fees equal $453.77. The 3 Village of Hortonville (the Village) would like to acquire the property. The Village 4 will pay the County a total of $453.77. 5 6 The parcel is adjacent to a new walking trail along Highway 15 that the Village 7 maintains. This is a small parcel with minimal value. The Village may be able to 8 utilize this land for a rest area or some other purpose. 9 10 No budget adjustment is necessary as there are funds already budgeted in the 11 appropriate cost center.
