R E S O L U T I O N N O.: 109—2023-24 TO THE HONORABLE, THE OUTAGAMIE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN: MAJORITY In accordance with Sec. 59.22, Wisconsin Statutes, as an Outagamie County elected 1 official, the County Clerk, County Treasurer and Register of Deeds can receive a salary 2 adjustment for the next term of office by passage of a resolution by the County Board 3 prior to the earliest time for filing nomination papers. The Legislative/Audit and Human 4 Resources Committee has reviewed the salary of the County Clerk, County Treasurer, 5 and Register of Deeds and recommends a one-time increase of $12,939.80 for the County 6 Clerk and a one-time increase of $10,537.80 for the County Treasurer and for the 7 Register of Deeds effective with the beginning of the 2025 term of office. Additionally, 8 the Legislative/Audit and Human Resources Committee recommends an annual 4% 9 increase for the County Clerk, County Treasurer, and Register of Deeds for years 2026, 10 2027, and 2028.
